Growing up I was quite the shy kid. Really soft spoken. Never wanted to ruffle feathers. As an adult I’m a bit more vocal now. While I’ve lived my life not making waves, I have slowly found my voice, thanks in part to social media. A good conversation can spark something inside of me that I would only compare to a great piece of dark chocolate.
Throughout the years I’ve learned that each of our voices are incredibly important. I’ve learned that even when you think that no one is listening, someone always is.
There’s someone who needs the encouragement you’re giving, or the information you sharing, or even the point of view you are presenting.
So put yourself out there, share it with the world, not for “likes” but because your voice matters.
