A Graphic Guide to Cemetery Symbolism | Atlas Obscura

I love wandering around cemeteries. There is a timeless peace there. I love looking at the eternal sculptural art, feel the emotions of those who have passed through here, and remember those, if only briefly, who have passed on. It’s a type of immortality, and I understand the urge to leave a small mark upon this world.
