Age of Saints will be book # 7 in The Druid’s Brooch series, and the first of the final trilogy, set in the 5th and 6th centuries of Ireland’s history.

I’ve written the first 10,000 words of the WIP so far, and the personalities are melding nicely. This is the first time I’m writing entirely in a male POV, so wish me luck! A 19-year-old male at that. Confusion will reign!

Historical fantasy, time travel adventure, and urban fantasy 
Age of Saints…this I have to read. I just finished a series of lectures on the early Christian church, before it became institutionalized by the donation of Constantine, when it was still a radical sect that included beliefs that were later purged as heretical and before the gospels became canonical…I guess the time period is pre-dates John Scotus Eriugena?

This one does. It’s set in 520AD at the start. The next two will be earlier by a few generations.
I’m having fun researching the changes in both paganism and Irish Christianity at that time as the years go by.
