Beauty.
Each and every one of us should stop to appreciate a glimpse of beauty every day.
The sweet song of a bird at dawn. The dandelion struggling to grow through a crack in the sidewalk. The dew glistening on a spiderweb. A baby’s laughter.
Do this at least once a day. Every day. Make that small piece of beauty part of your day. Cherish it. Hold it. Treasure it. Keep it within you and use it as a talisman against fear, against hatred, against pain.
Yes, Amen to that…the world of digitized images/news blurs the vision and occludes rapport with the what Giordano Bruno calls the “World Soul.”
