Racism is a choice. A belief. It is the belief that one level of melanin makes someone inherently superior to another level of melanin.
Racists can (and should) change their mind.
Police can choose their career. They can take off their uniform. They can quit. They can be something different any time they want. They can work toward a better, more equitable police culture.
BIPOC cannot change their skin color. Therefore hating them for something that is inherently part of their genetic makeup is stupid and reprehensible.
Stop hating people for what they are. If you do, change your beliefs, and I will welcome you back as a friend. If you don’t, then fuck off with your willful ignorance and hatred and GTFO.
