I love the movement and action in this one, and the delightful melding of the waves with her dress. The way the water interacts with the title font is magical. I’m not sure I’m a fan of the font on ‘Girl’ or the grittiness of the color, but I have to admit, it is a masterful cover. The lens flare dots on the upper right bother me a bit, as well. But they got the lighting done well, and that’s something a lot of cover art lacks, so kudos to the artist for that!
