This book cover has all sorts of information without being overwhelming. At immediate glance, it screams time travel and steampunk, but the dark street and the two shadowy figures speak of danger, thrill, and maybe a hint of romance. The gold/brass color scheme is softened with the wisps of color, and the only beef I have with the font is turning the author name and series name into a sans serif. I think a serif font would have been in better keeping overall.
